Doyle Transit

Terms of Service

Use of the Website and Portal

This website and the Doyle Transit Operations Portal are provided for Doyle Transit customers, employees, dispatchers, administrators, and approved business users. By using the site or portal, you agree to use it only for lawful business purposes and only with accurate information.

Employee and Business Records

Portal users are responsible for entering accurate time, dispatch, ticket, equipment, and billing information. Doyle Transit may review, correct, approve, export, or archive records as needed for payroll, billing, accounting, safety, maintenance, and business operations.

Account Access

Users must keep login information secure and should not share accounts. Doyle Transit may disable or limit access when an account is no longer authorized, appears compromised, or is being used in a way that could harm the business or other users.

Third-Party Services

The portal may connect with third-party services such as QuickBooks Online, Motive, payroll systems, hosting providers, authentication providers, and other tools used to operate the business. Those services may have their own terms and policies.

No Guarantee of Uninterrupted Service

Doyle Transit works to keep the site and portal available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, outages, third-party service issues, or other causes. Business records should be reviewed before payroll, billing, or operational decisions are finalized.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Doyle Transit is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to use of the website or portal. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes

Doyle Transit may update these terms as the business and portal evolve. Continued use of the site or portal after updates means the updated terms apply.
